2. Services The Company provides landscaping services, including but not limited to lawn care, garden design, irrigation installation, tree trimming, and maintenance. All services are subject to availability and acceptance of a formal estimate or service agreement.

3. Estimates and Payments

All estimates provided by the Company are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. A deposit may be required to confirm your booking. Payment terms will be outlined in the estimate or service agreement, and payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. 4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

5. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to provide access to the property and ensure a safe working environment for the Company’s employees. The Client is responsible for removing any obstacles, debris, or hazards that may impede the work. Additionally, the Client shall provide access to water and electricity if necessary.

6. Property Damage and Liability

While the Company takes reasonable precautions to prevent damage, it is not responsible for damage to underground utilities, irrigation systems, or other hidden obstacles unless properly marked by the Client. Any damages caused by negligence or intentional misconduct by the Company will be repaired or compensated at the Company’s discretion.

7. Warranties and Guarantees

The Company provides a limited warranty on certain services and materials, as specified in the service agreement. Natural events, improper maintenance, or third-party actions may void any warranty. The Client must follow the Company’s care instructions to maintain eligibility for warranties.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from its services. The total liability of the Company for any claims arising from services shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for those services.

9. Indemnification

The Client agrees to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities resulting from the Client’s failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions or any negligent or intentional acts.

10. Force Majeure

The Company shall not be held liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, labor strikes, or other events beyond its reasonable control.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which the Company operates.
